We use eway to process our online transactions and we do not store any credit card details on our systems.

A mobile number is required for all orders to assist Australia Post delivery.

Shipping

 

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: Australia Post. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorisation and verification must be received prior to processing. Australia Post deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us for charges. We do not offer free expedited shipping except during special promotions.

Return Policy

You may return your purchases within 30 days of your purchase date provided the item(s) are in new/unused condition and are in the original packaging with the tags attached.

Returns are processed upon receipt of the product and you can receive an exchange or full refund to your credit card within 7 days of us receiving your return. Credit card refunds can take up to 30 days to show up on your statement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.

If an exchange is required please include instructions about what product size is to be swapped out.
